Thanks for taking this quiz, the results show what your predominant types are.
If you would like to discover more about your intuitive types and learn how to expand your intuitive ability you can learn more here.
Understanding your pre-dominant Intuitive Type allows you to hear what your intuition is trying to tell you.
There are 3 main parts of our human body – Body, Mind and Spirit.
Think of the 5 intuitive types as the channels to connect to and hear these parts.
- Body – Physical and Emotional
- Mind – Mental and Psychological
- Spirit– Spiritual
BODY
Physical –
The physical intuitive channel is kinesthetic by nature and stimulates movement in your expression and as a means to balance your mood.
As a physical intuitive one of the best ways to understand information is to listen and chat with your body to understand what the body is trying to tell you.
Emotional –
The emotional intuitive channel often has you feel an emotion all of a sudden. When tuned in, these emotions can give clues beyond your current environment. It may be information to get your attention to release an emotion, like feeling you want to cry, scream or laugh. Or it may even be for a close family member who lives interstate, who is having a bad day.
As an emotional intuitive one of the best ways to understand information is to come to know by checking in to understand what feels like your feelings and emotions and what feels like someone else’s.
MIND
Mental –
A mental intuitive channel uses patterns and logical recognition to provide information. The mental intuitive accesses the catalogue of millions of experiences you have had to provide you with information to interpret. It may show up as someone mentioning a book you should read, then someone else unrelated saying they are reading the same book and then that book pops into your Facebook feed.
As a mental intuitive one of the best ways to understand information is to use review or retrospection. Look backwards for patterns.
Psychological –
A psychological intuitive channel uses the system of the mind that creates evidence. It relies on the well-worn neurological pathways to provide information for interpretation. Like when you reach for the chocolate bar when you have just had a really hard conversation with someone.
As a psychological intuitive one of the best ways to understand information is to create awareness or ‘red’ flags around automatic actions. That way you can see it pop up next time and make a conscious choice.
SPIRIT
Spiritual –
A spiritual intuitive channel associates information through their “sixth sense”, they are observant to the world around them and connect with the energy of all things. You may find it has happened to you when you have met someone and instantly recoiled for no logical reason.
As a spiritual intuitive one of the best ways to understand information is to trust and follow that nudge. Start small and see where it leads you.
It is the power of knowing which channel is receiving what information and how it is showing up for you that provides you with awareness. Awareness is the key to fine tuning and strengthening your intuitive channel, which in turns brings another “online”. The stronger your channels, the easier and quicker it is to hear and trust your intuition and stay connected for when you choose to use it most.
There is so much value in understanding how you receive the information, as this is generally how you give it also. It is like learning styles.
You may just want to consider who you are learning about your intuition from and if they are speaking your language. Each Intuitive Type has their own language and I’d recommend learning from someone who speaks yours so you can learn the easiest and quickest way you can and master all 5 channels. Just imagine how empowering that would be to feel as though you can hear, trust interpret and rely on your own intuition.
